Returns and Exchanges 
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted due to hygienic and health reasons.

Canceling an Order 
If for some reason, you need to cancel your order, please do so by contacting hello@rootedbabyco.com within the first 24 hours after placing your order BEFORE it has been marked fulfilled/shipped. Please make the subject line "Cancel Order # ***" Use the order number given to you upon purchase confirmation.

Damaged or Defective Item 
Our items go through a quality inspection before we ship your order. If for some reason, your item arrives damaged by the carrier, please contact the carrier to open a case first. Then, contact us at hello@rootedbabyco.com with pictures and the case number within 2 days of delivery. After that period, we are unable to assist in your request. Please use the subject line: "Damaged Order # *****". Use the order number given to you upon purchase confirmation.

Occasionally, we might sell some imperfect items at a deeply discounted price. These items will be marked as such and sold as is. As the buyer, you are responsible for those purchases.

Lost Orders 
All orders will be shipped out with a tracking number. Once the package has been given to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the length of shipping time and status of the package. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve this issue. Allow at least 1-2 business days after your original delivery date to receive your package. Often times, late packages will arrive a little later than expected. We are not responsible for lost packages but after your initial contact with the carrier, will try to help you locate one when necessary. We will go through the designated process to make sure you receive your package. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@rootedbabyco.com with the subject line: "Lost Package Order # *****". Use the order number given to you upon purchase confirmation.
